Terms of Service

Last updated 29 August 2026

Standard platform & intermediary services agreement. This describes IFRSH's role connecting you with our partner workshops, and how responsibility is divided between us.

1. Nature of platform & role of intermediary

IFRSH operates strictly as an independent intermediary (“Middleman”) connecting end-user customers (“Customers”) with third-party vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers — our partner workshops (“Vendors”).

We facilitate transactions, communication, and order placements between Customers and Vendors. We do not manufacture, direct-assemble, store, or physically alter any products sold through the platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that contracts for sale are made directly between the Customer and the respective Vendor.

2. Customer responsibility & design errors

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all custom product designs, specifications, dimensions, and options prior to submitting an order.

Important: if a product is manufactured or produced with mistakes resulting from Customer design errors, mismeasurements, typos, incorrect file uploads, or poor original resolution, the Customer assumes full and sole responsibility.

Neither IFRSH nor the Vendor shall be held liable for Customer-generated design errors. No refunds, free replacements, or cancellations will be issued in instances where the delivered product matches the specifications submitted by the Customer.

3. Vendor liability, product damage & good-faith compensation

Vendors bear sole responsibility for ensuring product quality, accuracy of execution, and structural integrity.

  • Vendor fault & damage: if a product arrives damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the confirmed order specifications due to a fault occurring on the Vendor’s side, the Vendor holds primary legal and financial liability.
  • Good-faith resolution: while legal liability rests with the Vendor, IFRSH is dedicated to customer satisfaction. In the event of Vendor damage, we will liaise between both parties to resolve the claim and may, at our sole discretion, offer discretionary platform store credit or supplementary compensation to assist the Customer.

4. Shipping, delivery & delay policy

Fulfillment, packaging, and dispatch are managed directly by the Vendor or their designated third-party courier services.

  • Order tracking & facilitation: we actively monitor shipment progress and work alongside Vendors to encourage timely delivery schedules.
  • Delivery delays: estimated delivery dates are non-binding projections. While we strive to meet all timeline estimates, unforeseen transit delays may occur.
  • Refund & remedy limitations: order delays do not automatically entitle the Customer to a full cash refund unless expressly agreed upon in writing. In cases of significant delivery delays attributable to Vendor or carrier fault, we reserve the right to offer reasonable remedies, including promotional discount codes or store credits applicable toward future platform purchases, in lieu of monetary refunds.

5. Limitation of liability & general provisions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IFRSH, its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or purchases made through third-party Vendors.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
